Field Geology of the British Isles
Exhibit will highlight the field geology of the British Isles course in May 2012.
University of Kansas-Vertebrate Paleontology
The Natural History of "Avian Dinosaurs"
Booth/exhibit of fossils and models of the avian dinosaurs. Experts will be at the booth to answer questions about the exhibit and also identify fossils brought in by the public.
University of Missouri-Kansas City
Choice Crystals from the Richard L. Sutton, Jr. Museum of Geosciences at UMKC
Exhibit will feature a variety of the showiest crystals from the collection.
Park University
Insects in Amber
Park University has over 30 pieces of amber with insects from the Baltic Sea (Eocene). This displays shows some of the amber pieces with photos of the preserved insects that were donated by Alan Kamb.
MCC-Maple Woods
Green Rocks and Minerals
Exhibit will feature some choice rocks and minerals from the MCC-Maple Woods collection.
MCC-Blue River
Learning in the field: Field Studies at MCC-Blue River
On display will be fossil specimens collected on field trips to Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and Wyoming as part of the Field Studies program at Metropolitan Community College – Blue River.
